This jig is a simple solution to help accurately dial-in your grinder platform for sharpening your most used woodturning tools: Skew (both hollow ground and convex bevel settings), Spindle Roughing Gouge (SRG) and Spindle Gouge, Scrapers (Negative Rake Scrapers use the Skew setting as the top angle), and 1/8” Wide Parting Tool (layed on its side to sharpen with a micro flute). This jig is laser-cut from hardboard and measures 1/8” thick, 2” wide, 4.25” long.
